Eames Style DAR Eiffel Chair

This is a timeless stylish top quality Eames inspired DAR chair reproduction. Made from premium fibreglass and stainless steel.

This design was first presented in 1948 to New York's Modern Art Competition. It was the first mass-produced chair made from fibreglass. The fibreglass shell is mounted on the aptly named Eiffel frame. This frame is made from premium stainless steel.

Just like the original, made with fibreglass with a gloss finish, these inspired chairs are not fitted with the cheaper materials of plastic or polypropylene. This moulded shell has a deep seat, armrests and a high backrest. The waterfall seat edge is comfortable and promotes sitting for extended periods of time by conforming to the body's shape. This timeless chair will compliment any room.
