This is a timeless stylish top quality Tulip inspired chair. Made from premium fibreglass.
The colour is white.

The Tulip chair was designed by Eero Saarinen at the peak of his career in 1957. It is often considered, "space age", for the creative use of materials and curves.
His work in the 1940s began focusing on "organic furniture" in which he wanted to get rid of the "sea of legs" that he saw creating "...an unpleasant, confused and restless atmosphere." The curves and padding of the tulip chair promote comfort and the swivel base gives freedom of movement. This chair is now considered a classic of industrial design.
The seat of the chair is moulded fiberglass, and the seat cushion covered with fabric. The base is cast aluminium, with a painted gloss finish. From pictures it's difficult to see what materials are used for the seat and base. Our fibreglass tulip chair is a much stronger constructed piece than a plastic chair.
