This is a top quality leather designer Eames inspired lounge chair reproduction. It is covered in genuine premium Italian aniline leather. The piping as well as the buttons are covered in leather. The wood shells are top quality molded ply.

The Eames Lounge Chair and ottoman were released in 1956 after years of development by designers Charles and Ray Eames. It was the first chair the Eames designed for a high-end market. The chair has a permanent place in New York's Museum of Modern Art.
There are others that are selling an inferior version that has some differences to the correct version. A few things to look for: The legs supports are on too much of an angle. The ottoman should only have four legs, not 5! Also the dimensions tend to make the chair too tall making it look more like an office chair than a lounge chair. When buying what is considered a design classic, you want to make sure that it looks like the classic design.
